Returns and Refunds

30 days

If something is wrong with your order, email george@thefretlife.com within 30 days of delivery and tell us what happened. Include your order number, and a photo if the item is damaged or misprinted.

We will make it right. Depending on the situation that means a replacement or a refund, and we will tell you which when we reply. If we need the item back, we will send you a prepaid label, so a return never costs you shipping.

Sizing
Check the size guide on every product page before you order. The shirt has a relaxed fit with a dropped shoulder, so take your usual size, or size down for a closer fit.

Gift cards.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days beyond that to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not seen it, email george@thefretlife.com and we will chase it.

A note on how we work

The Fret Life is one person and a print shop. There is no returns department and no automated portal. You email, a human reads it, and it gets sorted out.
