Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days after your order confirmation email is sent. You will receive a separate notification when your order ships.

During high-volume periods such as holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We'll notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $69.98.

3. Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way. Tracking is typically active within 48 hours of shipment.

4. International Shipping

At this time, The Fret Life ships to the United States only. We hope to expand international shipping in the future.

5. Damages

The Fret Life partners with trusted print and fulfillment providers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thefretlife25@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll make it right.

6. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.
